THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 14 of Port Orchard
Addition as per plat recorded in Volume 1 of
Plats, pages 96 and 97, records of Kitsap County,
Washington
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-~o (R-2) subject to the following
restriction:
1. That the site be developed for one six-unit
residential structure essentially as shown on the site plan
attached hereto marked "Exhibit A".
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~ ~
~day of July, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this ~day of July, 1975.
