An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2990
relating to the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2990 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
Number 295 of the City of Bremerton the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended as follows:
Parcel 14, Block 7, amending the plat of the 4th
Addition to Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 9,
pages 1-3, records of Kitsap County, Washington, be and the
same hereby is, reclassified from Residential-One (R-l) to
Residential-Two (R-2) with the following land use restrictions:
(1) Development shall be essentially the same as
the site plans attached hereto marked Exhibit A
and Exhibit B, in all material respects.
(2) Adequate fencing and screening shall be provided
to screen the parking areas on the north and
east property lines."
Approved by the City Council on the first reading
this ~ day of June, 1975.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-

RELEASE OF LAND USE RESTRICTIONS
Pursuant to motion of the City Council on June 11,
1975, which concurred with reccomendations of the Planning
Commission to the City Council as stated in Planning Commis-
sion Resolution No. 295, the Declaration of Land Use Restrictions
recorded under Auditors File No. 1012667 concerning the following
described real property situated in the City of Bremerton, County
of Kitsap, Washington:
Parcel 14, Blcok.7, amending the plat of the
4th Addition to Sheridan Park, as per plat
recorded in Volume 9, pages 1-3, records of
Kitsap County, Washington;
is ~hereby released and declared to be null and void.

SOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION providing for release of a
land use restriction.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton by
motion, on June 11, 1975, had adopted the reccomendations of the
Planning Commission to the City Council as stated in Planning
Comalission Resolution No. 295, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 295 reccomended that the
Declaration of Land Use Restrictions recorded under Auditors
File.No.. 1012667 concerning the following described real property:
Parcel 14, Block 7, amending the plat of
the 4th Addition to Sheridan Park, as per
plat recorded in Volume 9, pages 1-3, records
of Kitsap County, Washington;
be released and expunged from the record. It is now, therefore
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF BREMERTON
that the Declaration of Land Use Restrictions recorded under
Auditor's File No. 1012667 be released, expunged and is hereby
declared null and void. It is further
RESOLVED that this City Council gives its full support-
to the release of said land use restrictions.
