Ordinances~-~3035 and 3099, as it relates to
expenses o~ty employees and fixing the rate of
mileage to be allowed city employees for use of private
automobiles.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DoEs ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1826 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 1, Whenever it becomes necessary for an elective or
appointive official or employee of the City of Bremerton to travel away
from his designated post of duty while engaged on official business, and
he is authorized by the Commissioner in charge of his Department to use his
personally owned automobile for such travel, he shall be reimbursed at a
mileage rate not to exceed fifteen cents (15¢) per mile."
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on first reading
