No. 1792 (BOWDLER)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 7, 8, and 9, Lewis Addition to Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following land
use restrictions:
1. That the site be devloped for a 12-unit
apartment essentially as shown on the site plan contained
in the file;
2. That a storm water retention system meeting
the approval of the City Engineer, be installed by the
developer on the site.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~~day of April, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this day of April, 1975.
