AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 3147 as amended
by Ordinance No. 3184 relating to Water and
Sewer Rates modifying the procedure for
assessing sewer service charges to Residential
premises.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section IV, subparagraph H.2.d, Ordinance
3147 is changed to read:
"d. Sewer service charges during the months April
through October to Residential premises shall not exceed the
charge based on the largest 'bi-monthly consumption of water
during the immediately preceding period from November
through March."
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~ day of April, 1975.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such Passage this ~T~ day of April, 1975.
