AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147'-- -- ~~%5~
relating to the Municipal Water Supply
System of the City of Bremerton eliminating
the water rate charts pertaining to
premises outside the City Limits and
specifying rates for water service to
areas outside the City Limits as 150
percent of the rates established for
service inside the City Limits.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. - a. Section III, Subparagraph G.2.
(Municipal Code 15.04.080 B) is amended to read:
"2. Meter rates outside the City Limits are 150
per cent of the rates established within the City Limits."
- b. Section III, Subparagraph H.2.
(Municipal Code 15.04.090 B) is amended to read:
'~2. Minimum meter rates outside the City Limits
are 150 per cent of the rates established within the City Limits.
- c. Section III, Subparagraph L.3.
(Municipal Code 15.04.130 C) is amended to read:
"3. Service charges. The rates for water supply,
for fire protection purposes exclusively, shall be termed
service charges, and shall be as follows for any one month or
portion thereof for service inside the City Limits:
SIZE OF SERVICE FIRE SERVICE CHARGE
2 Inches $ 2.75
3 Inches 3.45
4 Inches 4.80
6 Inches 6.90
8 Inches 8.25
10 Inches 10.95
12 Inches 12.00
Rates for service outside the City Limits shall be 150% of
the City rates.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
