THE cITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 11, Township 24North, Range
1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington described
as follows: Beginning 30 feet West and 1186 feet
North of the Southeast corner of said subdivision;
thence West 100 feet; thence North 84 feet; thence
West 54 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East
154 feet; thence South 134 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) (non-conforming use) to Business-One (B-l) subject to
the following restriction:
1. For-construction of Professional Buildings only.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
