AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792 (Boggess/Richardson Bledsoe)
THE CITY OF BREMERToN DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
~t 11, Plat of Valle-Hi Addition, as recorded
in Vol~e 8 of Plats, Page 52, records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-l) to Residential-~o (R-2) with the following
conditions:
1. A 5-foot wide planting strip of natural
vegetation and a 6-foot high fence shall be
provided by the developer along the south
property line between the drive and the
adjacent property, which fence shall be
placed prior to issuance of Building Pemit.
APPRO~D by the City Council on the first reading
