of Firefish~ing Equipmen£, No. 2164 which es~ablished a
Cumulative Reserve Fund for Acquisition of Au~omo~ive and
Cycle Equipment for ~he Police Department, No. 2349 whic.h-
established a Sidewalk Project Fund and No. 2528 which estab-
lished a Dangerous Buildin$ Fund.
THE CITY OF BREHERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The following Ordinances having accomplished ~heir
purposes are hereby repealed: ~t
a. Ordinance 1589 establishing a Cumula~ive Reserve Fund for
General City Structures
b. Ordinance 1672 establishing a Cumulative Reserve Fund for
General Permanen~ S~reet Improvemen~
c. Ordinance 1816 establishing a Cumulative Reserve Fund for
a City Hall
d. Ordinance 1999 establishing a Cumulative ~eserve Fund for
Self-Insurance
e. Ordinance 2108 establishing a Cumulative Reserve Fund for
Acquisi~ion of Firefigh~ing Equipment
f. Ordinance 2164 establishing a Cumulative Reserve Fund for
Acquisition of Automo=ive and Cycle Equipmen~ for the Police Department
g. Ordinance 2349 establishing a Sidewalk Project Fund
h. Ordinance 2528 establishing a Dangerous Building Fund
