THE CITY OF .BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION' 1 That the use and area maps of Ordinance

No. 1792 be~ 'and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 1 and. 2, Block 1, Third Addition to Sheridan
Park, according to plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats, pages 64, 65,66 and 67, in Kitsap County,
Washington,
be and hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-i) to
Business-Three (B-3) for parking lot only with the following
restrictions:
1. The devlopment of the site shall be essentially
the same as the attached site plan.
2. Existing vegetation on the perimeter of the p~operty
shall be incorporated into the fin~ dev )ment.
APPROVED by the first reading
day of 1975.
PASSED by the City ~Clty of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and att, Clerk in
