AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps
according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Olympic Investors~
Inc. ) .
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1-~ That the use and area maps of 0rdinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, ChaPter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots l0 and ll, Block 4, Town of Bremerton, according
to~ plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 30, in
Kitsap County, Washington~ TOGETHER WITH the uplands
and tidelands in front of said real property,
described as follows: Beginning at a point 14 feet
East and on the Southerly line of said Lot 10,
extended from the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 10; thence Easterly on Southeasterly extended
to the inner harbor line; thence Northeasterly
along the inner harbor line, 60 feet; thence
Westerly and parallel with the Southerly line of
Lot l0 extended to the East line of the alley of
said Block 4; thence Southwesterly along the East
line of said alley 60 feet to the point of beginning;
together with that portion of vacated alley lying
between said properties,
be and hereby is reclassified from Residential-Two (R-2) to
Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following use restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentially the same
as the attached plot plan, except as the plan is required to
be modified to meet the standards of the zoning ordinance.
2. An opinion, in w~i~ing, prepared by an Engineering
Geologist or Soils Engineer, as to the need for a detailed site
investigation, shall be submitted to the Building Department
prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
3. No excavation or demolition material shall be
plac~n the beach or in the water.
4. All necessary precautions shall be taken to
pr~e~ent erosion, of the site which could cause sedimentation on
the beach area.
5. Any repair or replacement of the existing bulk-
~eads shall meet Department of Fisheries criteria governing the
design of bulkheads.
~ , 6. All storm water runoff from roofs shall be
· drained into the City storm water collection system in Washington
· Avenue·
7. Ail parking area drainage systems shall contain
outlet grease and oil traps.
