according to Ordinance No. 1792 (Walgren,
Sexton & McCluskey, Inc., P.S.).
THE CITY OF BRESTERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
~. No. 1792, be and hereby are, amended in conformity with
Titt~ IV, Chapter 1 thereof.as follows:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 4, Town of Bremerton, as per,
plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page
of Kitsap County, Washington; TOGETHER WITH that
portion of vacated alley adjoining on the East,
which upon vacation, attached: ALSO TOGETHER WITH
that portion of Government Lot 3, Section 13,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., lying
Easterly of the East line of said vacated alley and
between the North line of said Lot 13 and the South
line of said Lot 12, extended Easterly; TOGET~ER WITH
tidelands of the third class as conveyed by the
State of Washington by deed dated August 15, 1894,
recorded in Volume X of Deeds, Page 85;
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-T~'o (R-2)
to Business--Three (B-3) subject to the following use r~strictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentiatl~ the same
as the attached plot plan, except as the plan is required to
be modified to meet the standards of the zoning ordinance.
2. An opinion, in writing, prepared by an Engineering
Geologist or Soils Engineer, as to the need for a detailed site
investigation, shall be submitted to the Building Department
prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
3. No excavation ~ ~demolition material shall be
placed on the beach or in the water.
4. All necessary precautions shall be taken to prevent
erosion of the site which would cause sedimentation en the beach
are a.
5. Any repair or replacement of the existing bulkheads
shall meet Department of Fisheries criteria governing the design
of bulkheads.
6. All storm water runoff from roofs shall be drained
into ghe City storm water collection system in Washington Avenue.
7. All parking area drainage systems shall contain
o~tlet grease and oil traps.
