THE C1WY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ~. Section 1 of 0r~inance No. 29S8 is hereby
amended to r~.ad as follows:
"Section 1. Pumsuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 209, the use and area maps of O~dinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby
are, amended in conformity with Chapterll, Section 4, thereof as follows:
· Manette Villa T~act 15 Section 2 Township 24
· North Kit~ap County ~Range 1 East W.M. State of
,i-...i Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(1%-1) to Residential-T~ (R-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. The develo~nent shall be essentially the same as the
site plan, as amended and approved by City Council
January 29, 1975.
2.Existing vegetation shall be incorporated into the
final site development plans where feasible.
3. No storm draiD~ge shall be allowed to drain into the
natural drainage way which abuts the eastern
llne."
