of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3187
providing for rate of tax to be levied
on Bingo receipts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON
SECTION 1: Sub-section (a) of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 3187 is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) Bingo, in the amount of the gross receipts
therefrom, less the amount of money paid in cash and paid
for merchandise, actually awarded as prizes during the
taxable period, multiplied by the rate of five percent (5%)
of the first $10,000.00 of such receipts and ten. percent
(10%) of any such receipts over $10,000.00.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
