amended by changes to sub-section 1 and additio~ of su~-sections
6 and 7 to read as follows:
Sub-section 1: That the landscaping snd buiidin?
setbacks from Sylvan Va7 and Pearl Street as indicated on
Scheme 8~, replacing "Exhibit A" and amending 0rdinanca. ~fio. ~0'~6,
be substantially complied with.
Sub--section 6: Adequate screenia~ between t~e
buildings and Psarl Street must be provided.
Sub-section 7: Islands within the parking area shall be
landscaped with vegetation of varying heights, to include trees,
and shall be continually maintained.
