Bond Resale F~ds, and appropriating additional funds in
the ~ue~ ~nd.
THE CITY OF BKEMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the following appropriations in Section 1, Ordinance
3185, are corrected to read as follows:
Theater Construction Fund $ 47,000
1971 Water/Sewer Revenue Bond Reserve Fund 117,300
Section 2. That a ~welve percent pay raise has been authorized for all
non-uniformed employees and the City Clerk subsequent to the adoption of the
Final Budget necessitating the addition of Section 5 to Ordinance 3185 as
follows:
"Section 5. That with the below listed exceptions, the total
amounts appropriated in the various funds and to the various depart-
ments are sufficient to pay the twelve percent pay raise approved by
Council subsequent to the initial passage of this Ordinance, end
therefore there is appropriated to the General Fund the additional
sma of $10,365.00 distributed for salary increases to the following

Building 856"
Section 3. That-~Section 6 is added to Ordinance 3185 as follows:
"Section..6. There is hereby appropriated in the General Fund
the additional sum of $14,000 to be added to the Police Department
Capital OutlAy Budget."
Section 4. If any provision or section of this ordinance shall be
void or unconstitutional all other parts, provisions and section of this
ordinance not expressly so held to be void or unconstitutional shall
continue in full force and effect.
