SECTION ~. That S~tions 16 through 18 ape hemeby added to
OPdinance No. 3271 as follows:
SECTION 16. Based on unanticipated Pevenues the TRANSIT FUND is
adjusted as follows: Item 318 40 00 Household tax increased $12~800.
335 60 00 M V Excise tax increased ~15~000. 369 90 00 Adveptisin~
increased $2,400. 361 10 00 Investment intepest earnings DECREASED
~1~000. Item 332 98 00 COUNTERCYCLICAL TITLE II FUNDS IN the amount of
$31,100 added.
SECTION 17. The following TRANSIT FUND expe. nditu~e accounts are
hePeby increased Item 543 30 22~ 518,100 and item 543 30 31~ ~2,200.
SECTION 18. Based on ~eceipt of COUNTERCYCLICAL TITLE II FUNDS
?he C E T A Fund is increased as follows: Revenue item
amount of $12~777, and Expenditupe account 514 35 11 is increased by
$12~777.
SECTION 2. The~e exists ~ and is hereby declaped to exist~ an
emergency, and this OPdinanee ~s"~ fop the immediate p~esepvation
of the public peace~ health oP safety of the citizens of Br~m~on, and
shall be in full for~e and effect i~mediately upon passage and publications.
