to loitering on bridges.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of ordinance 1293 (Municipal
Code 9.12.130) be amended to read:
"Section 1. LOITERING ON BRIDGES. It is
unlawful to loiter upon, do any act tending to
disturb the public peace or throw any sort of
object from any bridge within the City of Brem-
erton designed or maintained to carry vehicular
traffic."
APPROVED by the City of Bremerton on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
