THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 5, Navy Park First Addition
to Charleston~,~ Ki%sap~County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential -One
(R-l) to Residential-2 (R-2)W~%h the following restrictions:
1. That the site be deyeloped essentially in
accordance with the Site Pl~n pr:~Sented and attached hereto as
Exhibit A-2, dated August 17, 19~6.
2. That ingress be Dff Naval Avenue.
3. That egress be in~6 the alley.
APPROVED by the City ~Council on the first reading this
