AN ORDINANCE amending the Land Use Restrictions
(Site Plan) adopted by Ordinance No. 3274. (DORNALD SHAW)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DoEs ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Land Use Restrictions (Site
Plan) adopted by the City of Bremerton in Ordinance No. 3274
is amended to comply with the INTERFACE SITE PLAN, dated May 23,
1976, a copy of which is attached hereto, and is subject to the
additional conditions:
1. Existing vegetation is to be retained on the
eastern 50 foot strip of the property to
provide green space and a buffer zone;
2. Maximum visibility is to be provided exiting
the parking areas, with curbing and sidewalks
to be provided as required by Police, Traffic
and Engineering Departments;
3. Compliance with orders of the Water and Fire
Departments concerning storm water flowage
and fire hydrants; and
4. That five feet of right of way be granted to
the City along the east side of Carr Blvd.
APPROVED by the City Council on the ~/~'~ reading
this. 'Z~%ay of September, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this -day of September, 1976.
