THE CITY OF B~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
A portion of Lot 3, Block 2, Brentwood Park
as :
described
follows
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3,
Block 2, Brentwood Park; thence East 100
feet; thence South 200 feet; thence West to
the "East Margin" line of Park Drive; thence
Northwesterly along the East line of Park
Drive to the point of beginning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2), subject to the following restrictions:
1. That the site be developed essentially as
shown on the site plan marked INTE~ACE SITE
PLAN, dated May 23, 1976;
2. That major vegetation be retained where
feasible and other depar~ent reco~endations
Df the C~{~ of Bremerton be followed;
3. That five feet of right of way along the East
side of Carr Blvd. be granted to the City.
