Business and Occupations Taxes and License
and Franchise Taxes by public utilities,
and repealing Ordinance No. 2515.
THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2515 is hereby repealedt
as of January 1, 1977.
Section 2. Notwithstanding any other ordinances
to the contrary, all Business and Occupation Taxes and License
and Franchise Taxes on public utilities, herein defined as
power, gas, telephone, transportation and cable television,
shall be payable in monthly installments as of January 1, 1977.
Section 3. The pa~ent of each mont~ taxes shall
be paid on or before the 25th day of the month following that month
on which the tax is computed.
Section 4. All Franchise Licenses and Business and
Occupation Licenses as provided for in other ordinances shall be
good until surrendered, cancelled or revoked.
