THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area of Ordinance No.

~1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:

be and the same hereby is reclassified from Kitsap County Residential
to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site be developed essentially in accordance
with the site plan.
2. That the emergency access be placed on the south side
of the project subject to the approval of the Fire
Department.
3. That all existing utility easements be honored to the
development of the project.
4. That before a Building Permit is issued, that adequate
water be provided to serve the project both for domestic
use and adequate fire protection.
