according to Ordinance No. 1792 (PONTIUS)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 20, Block 2, Navy Park First Addition
to Charleston, as per plat recorded in Vol.
2 of Plats, Page 20, records of and situate
in Kitsap County, Washington, (S.E. Corner
Burwell and Rainier, 146 N. Rainier).
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential Two (R-2)
to Business-One (B-l) subject to the following conditions:
1. That use be restricted to utilization as a legal
office.
2. That written approval be obtained from the Bremerton
Police Department regarding visibility of vehicles leaving the ad-
joining alley and that no building permit shall be issued until the
same has been received.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
