to revise the hours for redemption of im-
pounded dogs,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 1, Ordinance No. 3230, is amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1. REDEMPTION OF DOGS. The owner of any dog
impounded under ~this ordinance mmy redeem it within 48 hours of
impounding on payment of the following fees together with any
unpaid license fee for said dog:
Kennel Fee: $2.00 per day
Impound Fee: First violation - $10.00
Second Violation- $20.00
Third Violation - $30.00
Fourth and Subse-
quent Violations- $40.00
If such dog is not.~re(leemed by its owner within forty-eight (48)
hours, at the discretion of the impounding authority, it may be
held for any additiot~al length of time for redemption by owner.
If such dog is not redeemed by its owner, at the dEscretion of the
impounding authority it may be sold to any other person or other-
wise disposed of.
