No. 2848 relating to Parking Meters.
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2848 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 5. The Chief of Police is instructed to have
lines, markings, or signs painted or placed upon
the curb and/or upon the street; which lines,
markings, or signs, are to clearly identify the
parking space for which each parking meter is to
be used. Each vehicle parking in such space
shall park within the lines or markings if
painted upon the street, and so established. It
is unlawful, and a violation of this chapter to
park any vehicle in such position that the same
shall not be entirely within the area so desig-
nated.
