AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792. (Joe Kinney)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792, be and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 5, Navy Park First
Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) with the following restrictions:
1. That the site be developed essentially in
accordance with the site plan presented and attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
2. That ingress be off Naval Avenue.
3. That egress be into the alley.
/ ~PROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~day of July, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of BremeNt~,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
