AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792. (WALTER EMERY)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title
IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
(A) That portion of the South half of the North
half of the West half of Government Lot 1,
Section 8, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M.; in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly margin
of State Highway No. 21, which is South
58o31'05'' East 13.42 feet from its intersection
with the West line of said Government Lot 1;'
thence continuing South 58o31'05'' East 71.81
feet to the South line of the North half of said
Government Lot 1; thence South 88°46'31'' East
212.23 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract of
land sold to Dan B. Aardahl, by deed recorded
under Auditors No. 537462; thence North
26032'44'' East 366.70 feet to a point on the
north line of the South half of the North half
of said Government Lot 1; thence North 88o45'57''
West 280.02 feet; thence South 26038'03" West
229.83 feet? thence South 32°06'33" West 102.22
feet to the true point of beginning.
(B) That portion of the South half of the North half
of the West half of Government Lot 1, Section 8,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.; in Kitsap
County, Washington, and of Lot 15, Lake Kitsap
Summer Homes, according to plat recorded in Volume
3 of Plats, page 94, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly margin of
State Highway No. 21 that is South 58o31'05''
East 13.42 feet from its intersection with the
West line of said Government Lot 1; thence North
32o06'33'' East 102.22 feet; thence North 26o38'03''
East 229.83 feet to a point on the north line of
the South half of the North half of said Govern-
ment Lot 1; thence North 88°45'57" West 119.82
feet; thence South 12o04'42'' West 287.17 feet
to the northeasterly margin of said State Highway
No. 21; thence South 58o31'05'' East along said
northeasterly margin a distance~of 34 feet, more
or less, to a point of beginning.
(C) Portion of the South half of Government Lot 1,
Section 8, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said
South half with its intersection with the north-

easterly margin of State Highway No. 21;
thence South 58°31'O~" East along said
northeasterly margin~8~ feet; thence north-
easterly at righti~angle~ to said margin 45
feet, more or less, to the north line of
said South half of Government Lot 1; thence
North 88°46'31" West along said north line
90 feet, more or less, tO point of beginning.
Situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified ~from Kitsap County Business
to Business-Three (B-3).
