THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section III, Subparagraph J of Ordinance
No. 3147 is hereby amended to read as follows-
Section III. J. Special Irrigation Rates.
A special rate for sprinkling or irrigating tracts of land shall
be available to single family residences, duplexes and fourplexes
during the summer period. As to premises for which billings are
produced during June through November, special rates/~ill apply.
The special rates shall be $11.00 for the first five thousand cubic
feet used during each bi-monthly billing period and thirty cents
per one hundred cubic feet thereafter. Tracyton rates shall be
$13.76 for the first five thousand cubic feet used during each
bi-monthl~ billing period and thirty-four cents per one hundred
cubi~ feet thereafter. All other county rates shall be $16.50 for
the first fi~e thousand cubic feet and forty-five cents per one
hundred cubi~ feet thereafter.
SECTION 2. Section IV, Subparagraph H.2.d. of Ordinance
No. 3147 ishereby amended to read as follows:
d. Sewer service charges generated during the
month~' of June through November to residential premises which may
use~large quantities of water for irrigation purposes shall not
excee4 the charge based on the largest bi-monthly consumption of
water.during the immediately preceding period from December through
May.
