AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (WALKER)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 158, Plat of the First Addition~,t~
Sheridan Park and to the City of Bremerton,
recorded in Vol. 8 of Plats, pages 23 and
25, records of and situate in Kitsap County,
Washington, (between Wheaton and Hemlock,
north of 2828 Hemlock).
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One [(R-1~}
to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. That there be no access to Wheaton Way.
2. That there be no more than 13 units in the
development.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~3~day of June, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
