THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That use area maps

1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV~
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Pleasant Avenue Addition to the
City of Bremerton, according to plat recorded
in Vol. 3 of Plats, page 69, in Kitsap County,
Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-Two (R-2)
to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following condition:
1. That the site be developed for a grocery store
and living units, to be according to City Ordinances.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~~day of June, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~ ';~ day of June, 1976.
