1792 (SIMMONS).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 23 & 24 Block 8 of Phillips Addition to
the Town of Bremerton as per plat recorded in
Volume 2 of Plats, Page 52, records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential Two (R-2) subject to Site Plan marked Exhibit
"A" and Parking Plan marked Exhibit "B".
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this 7~Nday of June, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this /~-~day of June, 1976.
