maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (ZAMPELLA)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Commencing at the south one-quarter corner of Section
16, T24N, R1E, W.M; thence Nl°34'34"E along the north
and south centerline of said Section 16 a distance of
1329.36 feet to the southwest corner of Government
Lot 4 of said Section 16; thence S88°53'45"E along
the south line of said Government Lot 4 a distance of
661.85 feet; thence Nl°28'03"E feet to the center of
said Government Lot 4; thence Nl°28'03"E 23.10 feet;
thence N 38°2918E 210.0 feet to a concrete monument,
approximately on the north margin of Kitsap Way
(formerly State Highway No. 21); thence N38°29'lS"E
144.~02 feet; thence S51°30'42"E 76.09 feet to the
center of a concrete wall; thence N31°52'53"E 43.96
feet to a concrete monument, the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence S56°48'00"E along the northerly side
of a concrete wall 76.27 feet; thence N25°24'51" E along
the east property line 64 feet; thence N56°48'00"W 68.5
feet, more or less to an intersection with the west
property line; thence S32°04'42"W to point of beginning.

to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
1.The approval be contingent upon the site plan
as presented.
2. Adequate fencing to screen the property and
lighting of a nature that will not be detrimental
to the neighborhood shall be provided.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of May, 1976.
