., AN ORDINANCE creating a surcharge /~ %~1
upon those water service customers
who were obtained by the City of
Bremerton from the North Perry Avenue
Water District.
THE CITY OF BR~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and shall be
collected a surcharge of one dollar and twenty cents
($1.20) per month upon all water service customers of the
City of Bremerton who were obtained by the City from North
Perry Avenue Water District pursuant to Resolution No. 1675
dated January 28, 1976.
Section 2. This surcharge shall remain in effect
until the bonded indebtedness of North Perry Avenue Water
District which was assumed by the City pursuant to the agree-
ment with the District is paid off or until further action of
the Bremerton City Council whichever comes first.
Section 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or
its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
the remainder of the ordinance or the application of the
provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first,reading
this /~%ay of April, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~l~ay of April, 2976.
