alley adjacent to Safeway #362 on
Callow Avenue.
THE CITY OF. BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION~ 1'.~' That there has been previously filed with the
City Council a petition requesting vacation of that certain right
of way for alley adjacent to Safeway No. 362 on Callow Avenue,
City of Bremerton, more particularly described below; that a
hearing was had on said petition before the Bremerton City
Planning Commission and after careful consideration of all
information, the approval of said vacation was recommended.
SECTION 2: That that certain right of way for alley
adjacent to Safeway No. 362 on Callow Avenue'~ City of Bremerton,
more p~rticularly described as:
That portion of the alley in Block-23, Third Addition
to Charleston as recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 67,
Records of Kitsap County, Washington described as follows:
The East one half of said alley adjacent on the west of
Lot 12, said block 23, together with the west one-half of
said alley adjacent to Lot 29, Block 23, ALSO the south
12 feet of Lot 11, together with the east one-half of the
alley adjoining, all in Block 23, Third Addition to
Charleston, according to plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats,
Page 67, in Kitsap County, Washington.
be, and hereby is declared vacated, with the condition that
Safeway deed to the City of Bremerton the North 12 feet of
Lot 14, Block 23, Third Addition to Charleston, as recorded
in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 67, re~rds of Kitsap County,
Washington.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
