AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3161
which amends the use and area maps according
to Ordinance No. 1792. (CLARK/WILLIAMS)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No 3161 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Part of the SE Corner of the SW quarter of
Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1, East.
Beginning at the NW Corner of said SE quarter
of the SW quarter; thence East 264 feet; thence
South 495 feet; thence West 264 feet to the
West boundary line of said SE quarter and
SW quarter; thence North 495 feet to the true
point of beginning. EXCEPT National Avenue.
EXCEPT the South 100 feet.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) according to the following Land
Use Restrictions:
1. The site shall be developed essentially as
shown on the site plan filed with the Planning
Department on the /p?~ day of ~.~.~ ,
1976, approved by the Planning Commission pursuant
to Resolution No. 338 and approved by the City
Council on March 24, 1975, which document is
marked Exhibit "A" and hereby attached as part of
this ordinance by reference with those additional
restrictions numbered 2, 3, and 4 as set out in
original Ordinance No. 3161.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
