THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section I. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 8, Block 4, Second Addition to
Sheridan Park, City of Bremerton
Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) with the proposed site plan, and
the following condition:
1. Proper bulkhead and fencing be installed as
required for'~the retaining wall on the north
property li~e.
APPROVED by the'~ity Council on the first reading
