THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section I. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
~o. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, Block 12, Reeses
First Addition to Port Orchard, U. S.
Navy Yard, Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following
restriction:
1. That the site be developed for a four-plex
according ~oI th~ site plan.
APPROVED by the.City Council on the first reading
this ~~day of March, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by t~e City Clerk in
