AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792 (BORNS GROCERY)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section I. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the northeast quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 11, Town-
ship 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., Described
as follows: ,Beginning 486.70 feet South and
30 feet West of ~the southeast corner of the
northeast qUarter of the northeast quarter
of the northwest~ quarter~Of Said section;
thence South 1.46..3 feet; thence West 90 feet;
thence North 146.3.-feet; thence East 90 feet
to the point of beginning.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following restriction:
1. That this be used for a grocery store only.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of th~ City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
