THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be~ and'they hereby are, amended in conformity with
T'itle IV, ChaPter 1 thereof as follows:
Lot 104, Block 000 in Sheridan Park, First
Addition~ situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential (R-2) subject to the following restriction:
1. That the site be developed for one
additional unit as requested.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this d~~y of March, 1976.
PASSED by the. City council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passageii~his ~Y% of March, 1976.
