THE CITY OF BRtMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Sections 5 through 9 a~e hereby added to O~dinance
No. 3271 as follows:
Section $. Based on anticipated ~eceipt of $30,000.00 fr~m
the accounts ~eceived f~m the No~th P~ Water Distmict this amount is
added to Water Depa~,b~nt Revenue Account 3q3 73 11.
Section 6, Budget Account Numbe~ 519 3g 73 in the emount of
$S,920.00 is hereby established in the Watem Office budget for payment of
the City of Bx~me~on sha~e of the Norfah Pemr~ Water District indebtedness
to the Kitsap County Treasurer.
Section 7. The amount of $61,580.00 to be r~ceived from the
North Permy Water Distmict for ex~%nge of assets shall be added to the
Cumulative Reserve for Water System Improvement Fund, Account Numer 369 90 00.
Section 8. Revenue Account 33q 30 00 in the amount of
$3q,200.00 is hemeby established in the General Fund, and expendi~ account
533 20 63 is incmeased by the same -~%r for the State Gr%ant for construc-
tion of the floating pier at Lions Field.
Section 9. The A~te~ial Street Fund Accounts 333 gO 00 and
5~1 30 00 shall be increased by the amount of $200,000.00 based on the
anticipated receipt of Federal Aid (FAM) Funds.
