AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1101 of Chapter I,
Ordinance 1792, zoning ordinance of the City of
Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Section 1101 of Ordinance No. 1792 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1101. Proposed amendments, supplemen-
tations or modifications may be initiated as follows:
1. By motion of the City 'C~un~il~°~ the
Planning Commission.
2. By an interested party by making application
to the Planning Commission on forms prescribed by said Commission,
accompanied by a filing fee of $100.00 plus $10.00 per acre for
every acre or portion thereof over 3 acres.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this ~--~ day of March, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this /O~-~ day of March.
