maps according to Ordinance No. 1792 (GEORGE PRICE)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of Parcel 8, Block 6, Plat of the
Fourth Addition to Sheridan Park, an addition
to the City of Bremerton, as per plat recorded
in Volume 8 of Plats, on Pages 58 to 60, inclusive,
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Parcel 8;
thence North 11059'30'' East 164.70 feet; thence
North 30°25'34" East 87.95 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue North 30025'34" East
187.19 feet; thence North 4°10'20'' West 104.22 feet
to the south margin of Magnusson Way as shown on
said plat; thence South 82022'35'' East along said
margin 111.37 feet to the beginning of a curve to
the left having a radius of 1182.73 feet~ thence
easterly along the arc 9f said curve 124.81 feet;
thence South 88025'22'' East 51.09 feet to the north-
east corner of said Parcel 8; thence South 1°32'58''
West along the west margin of Fir Avenue as shown
on said plat 104.48 feet to the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 209.57 feet;
thence southerly along the arc of said curve 11.25
feet to the northeast corner of Parcel 7, Block 6,
of said plat; thence leave said street margin and
run North 88026'50'' West along the north line of said
Parcel 7 a distance of 101.56 feet to the northwest
corner thereof; thence South 1°23'49'' West 69.90
feet to the southwest corner of said Parcel 77 thence
South 69015'38'' East 76.92 feet to the southeast
corner of said Parcel 7 and a point on the north
margin of said Fir Avenue, said point being on the~ arc
of a curve whose radius point bears North 57056'00''
West 209.57 feet; thence southwesterly along the arc
of said curve 90.56 feet; thence South 56°49'31'' West
11.18 feet; thence leave the north margin of said Fir
Avenue and run North 33010'29'' West 127.00 feet;
thence South 56°49'31'' West 142.00 feet~ thence South
33010'29'' East 30.00 feet;, thence South 56°49'31''
West 16.95 feet; thence North 59034'26'' West 92.67
feet to the true point of beginning.
Contains 1.509 acres, more or less.
Be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential (R-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site be developed essentially in
accordance with the site plan attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A".

2. The Westerly parking area be redesigned to
meet Police Department requirements.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
