AN ORDINANCE providing for periodic examinations
by Bremerton Department of Health of massage parlor
employees for communicable diseases
THE CITY OF BR~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The Bremerton Health Department upon receiving
information of any communicable desease at any business defined under
BMC 5.92.010 shall examine the employees of the business for any
such communicable disease. If such communicable disease is discovered
the business license of the person with said disease shall be immedi-
ately suspended until such time as the individual or individuals pres:ent
a certificate which fulfills the requirements of BMC5.92.060.
