ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE prohibiting the unauthorized
use of any cable television system.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Any person who installs, connects or
otherwise utilizes any cable television system so as to enjoy
the benefits of the cable television system without the prior
authorization of the franchise holder of said system shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed three
hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the city jail
for a period not to exceed ninety days or by both such find and
imprisonment.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
