providing for disposition of the fund balance.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Ordinance number 3240 is hereby repealed.
Section 2: The cash balance in the Third Transmission
Line Fund shall be transferred to the Cumulative Reserve for
Water System Improvement Fund.
Section 3: Construction of the Third Transmission
Line having been completed, this fund shall be closed.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and Attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this
