ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2987
Section 1, which is codified as BMC 2.04.010
by changing the day of the regular meeting of
City Council~m~Wednesday to Tuesday of each
week unless otherwise provided.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Ordinance 92987, Section 1 which is codified
as BMC 2.04.010 is hereby amended to read:
Section 1: The time and place of the regular meeting
of the City Council required by Charter shall ~ ~ be held
each Tuesday at 9:00 o'clock a.m., at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington as heretofore; PROVIDED HOWEVER, if
such meeting day falls upon a legal holiday or upon the same day
that either a Primary or General Election is held, then such regular
meeting shall be on the first business day following.
APPROVED by the City Council on the /~reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
