YEADON, jaR, COMMISSIONER CITY CLERK OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING AND PURCHASING AGENT November 21, 1977 TO: City Council FROM: City Auditor SUBJECT: 1977 Budget Adjustments The attached 1977 Budget Amendment Ordinance is based on a review of receipts and expenditures through October 31, 1977. The additional revenues are my conservative estimates based on receipts to date, and grants received since the 1977 budget was.adopted. The additional expenditures are mainly due to grants, un- anticipated increase in service, and maintenance costs and additional employee benefits. It is my belief that with the cooperation of all departments in an effort to conserve funds for the balance of 1977 that no expenditure budget will be over expended on December 31, 1977.
