THE CITY OF B~RTON DOES O~AIN:
SECTION 1. That Section 1104 of Ordinance No. 1792 as amended by
Section 1104 of Ordinance No. 2877 shall be amended to read:
Section 1104: The Planning Co~ission shall hear only one
such petition governing a building or parcel of property in any given
period of 365 days, which period shall co~ence as of the date the
petition was filed with the City; provided, however, that any petition
for which written notice of withdrawal is submitted to the secretary
of the Planning Co~ission at least fourteen days prior to the first
hea~g at ~ch ~he me~s o~ sa~d ~e~o~ ~e~e scheSu~ed ~o
