AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton levying
municipal taxes against all the taxable property
within the city limits of Bremerton for the year
1977, and apDroving the assessment roll made by
the Assessor of Kitsap County, therefore, to be
collected in the year i978.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a tax on the total valuation of the
taxable property of the City of Bremerton assessed at the rate
of $3.76 per one thousand dollars of assessed value, to generate
estimated tax revenue of $1,164,751.00 be, and the same is hereby
levied against the taxable property located within the corporate
limits of the City of Bremerton, for municipal purposes, for the
year 1977, to be collected in the year 1978, and the same to be
carried on the tax rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap
County.

Section 2. That the assessment roll, as made by the
County Assessor of Kl. tsap County, Washington and reviewed by
the County Commissioners of said County, assessing property
value as a basis for taxes for the year 1977, to be collected
in the year 1978, in which said roll the taxable property in the
City of Bremerton has been preliminarily assessed in the sum of
$392,596,048.00 be and the said assessment roll is hereby approved
as the assessment roll for the City of Bremerton.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately following passage and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~ day of October,
